Ordering
There is currently no shopping cart on this website, although this will change in the coming months. If you would like to make a purchase, please email me with the item (or list of items!) that you would like.
I will then send you an invoice including postage costs. Payments can be made via paypal (sending payment to my paypal account if you have an account), bank transfer or cheque (£ or €) but this method will take some time.
If you are local to me, we can arrange payment/pick up.
Commissions
Artwork and Gifts can be created with your design ideas and colour schemes in mind. You can be sure that your items will be completely unique. Please
email with your requirements.
Likewise, I am happy to design a series of cards tailored to your own requirements. This is especially good for personal occasions, such as Births and Weddings.
If you would like an item in the gallery which has already been sold, a similar piece can be re-created although an exact match won't be possible.
Special Requests
If you would like items gift wrapped or cards written on your behalf, simply
email with your requests.
Refunds
I strive to do my very best to ensure happy customers. If however, you receive your order and it wasn't what you expected, please contact me and I will try to rectify the situation. I am happy to refund your order if it is returned intact.
Shipping costs
Items will usually be sent out within 48hrs of receiving payment. If there is a problem or delay, you will be notified by email. I am currently based in France so please expect a longer delay than UK mail. Items are posted 1st class and will usually reach you in 3 to 5 days, but please remember that the French take long lunches so may take longer!
The shipping cost (including packaging) is calculated by weight in the following way :
Up to 250g 5€
250g to 500g 7€
500g to 1kg 9.50€
1kg to 2kg 14€
